animal wildlife throw up many artistic challenges.
The huge variety of subjects within the animal
kingdom has inspired a series of animal pencil studies,
where his challenge is not only to capture the
intricate detail within the texture and form of the
animal, but also a little bit of its individual
personality, character and beauty.

Over a number of years Leon has developed a
very individual and recognisable pencil style and
has painstakenly created a very unique and
collectable portfolio of drawings, some of which
have taken many hours and weeks to complete.
